I feel like creating a simple personal avatar would maybe work better for this function! The avatar image can appear on the homepage somewhere and maybe be integrated into other areas like when a user complete the weekly form, instead of generic fireworks, maybe they're avatar can appear and do a jump/cheer?!

Create a Jump/Green Rewards mascot (like Duolingo Owl) and use this as a mechanism for delivering messages/themes/actions.
